The Shoppers Drug Mart ® Weekend to End Women’s Cancers is a two-day 60km walk, or a one-day 30km walk, bringing together thousands of women and men in support of the fight against women’s cancers. Ferris Bueller T-Shirts, by Movie Quote T-Shirt Designs

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

We saw these images in the Monster Gallery and had to comment – I mean, who hasn’t seen Ferris Bueller’s Day off?!! Teacher calling out his name, “Bueller…Bueller…Bueller” was the inspiration for one of the designs, we had to ask the designer about the other two which are more obscure.

The “Save Ferris” town water tower is a nice touch, but “Abe Froman Meats” takes the cake! You have to be a die hard Bueller fan to remember who Abe Froman is (think back to the fancy restaurant scene!). Ahhh, good old Abe Froman, King of the Sausage Meats of Chicago! PS. Check out their Gallery (very cool header) for more movie related t-shirt designs: http://www.tshirtmonster.ca/Designer/moviequotes/

Wednesday, June 17th, 2009

T-Shirtmonster.ca an e-commerce apparel printer that hosts an online platform for sellers and buyers, has launched a Gallery for Walk Now for Autism, a fundraising and awareness event for autism organized by Autism Speaks Canada

The Walk Now for Autism Gallery enables walking teams to create personalized t-shirts online, using T-Shirtmonster’s fun and easy to use Design Lab.

Walk Now for Autism Speaks events are held this year in Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver. T-Shirtmonster is pleased to partner by donating 40% of the t-shirt sales to Autism Speaks Canada, which will be attributed directly to Walk Team’s fund raising totals.

“The Design Lab lets team members upload a photograph and add text, such as ‘I’m walking for Christopher’, says Ben Duncan, co-founder, T-Shirtmonster. “The Walk for Autism logo can be added with the click of a button to give the shirt an authentic look. Once the user is happy with their design, they can choose to have it printed on over 150 different styles and colours of apparel, including organic t-shirts, baby clothing, American Apparel and hooded sweatshirts.”
